TRT is a rater training system designed to decrease the bias in and increase the accuracy of job performance ratings. TRT works by giving raters a common standard with which to base their ratings, and can be used for performance appraisal/360 ratings, structured interview ratings, or job analysis ratings. The TRT system has been validated in multiple studies and successfully incorporated in a variety of industries and settings.
